I haven't been on in a while cos my computer blew up yes BLEW UP!!! flames,sparks,smoke the whole thing it was all very dramatic i just lucky it was just the mother board and power supply and maybe the cpu and not my brand new video card i spent a small fortune on but new parts are on the way so hopefuly not to far off so i thought i'd just post this update if anyone cares why i haven't been around

well what a weekend!

we had our local armageddon comic con here in wellington over the weekend
and i had a lot of fun and totaly geeked out

Got to play Halo 2 which was a whole lotta fun kicking ass and getting my ass kicked right back
scored myself a free halo 2 cap and an Xbox Beenie(i'm such a whore for free stuff!)

nabed a copy of the art of hellboy the movie and a cool Voltron tshirt
i got some cool as hell sketches from Dave Finch(he did a pic of Vision for me) and Stuart Immonen(and a cool pic of the thing)
i'll post em up after i scan em

I entered my gollum pic the art contest
(still waiting on who won)
and a complete bonus i asked Richard Taylor from Weta Workshop if he would sign my gollum pic and he asked if he could keep a copy of it to hang in the workshop yaahhh!!

so it was a cool weekend can't wait for the next one

I got to see Shaun Of The Dead last week best film i have seen so far this year well at least till Hellboy comes out cool thig was that shaun director Edgar Wright was there and did a Q&A after the film

Got my self another NES(put my colection at 3 now)
and super mario bros 2 ,The Adentures of Link and my all time fave NES game Kid Icarus(by the way if anyone out there wants to do any Kid Icarus fan art i will gladly colour it...you listening mike!)

go find a movie called "SPUN" it's good well i liked it anyway

The All Blacks won the test series againt England 2-Zip
we'll destroy Argentina then bring on the Aussies
